I go to Great Clips all the time, especially this location. I went in with a specific but simple haircut with inspo to back it up. It was totally botched. And not in a dramatic way. Like very lopsided, pieces longer in the back than the rest of the length, and my bangs were a total mess. Very displeased. Asked for hair to rest on the shoulder and was cut 3 inches shorter than that and frames the face, significantly shorter than what we asked for. And asked for it to be layered and isn't. And asked for side bangs to be mid cheek and they are still the same length and will have to it ourself at home to get the right length. I didn't ask for a Bob cut but that's what she gave us
