I ask for a "light" trim and leave my sideburns thick. She took an inch and a half and chopped off my sideburns. After I saw her make the first short cut I was screwed. You can't glue it back on. I specifically ask her to keep the hair over the top of my ears....she white-walled me. I am furious. This girl had just recently started at this shop, coming from a sports clips in Dalton.
