In all my years coming to Great Clips I've never gotten a bad haircut. Today was no exception. No matter which stylist does my hair I'm always pleased.
I dislike leaving poor reviews but I had the most disappointing experience at this location. I took my 85 year old grandma in to get a haircut without an appointment. Previously it has never been an issue but this time we were immediately met with attitude when we notified the lady it was just a walk in. Once the lady was ready to take my grandma to a chair she realized my grandma had a dried blood stain on her clothes. Very rude, impatient, 1 hrs before closing and complain about doing a child haircut. More focus about sitting in the office and closing. Never returning to this location
Nice people great haircut
5 mins, men's haircut, number 3, $20+4, the trim is uneven and not clean. Too many stray hairs. It looked okay at first, but after a shower, it’s clear the quality is very poor. I am done with this place. The owner should know better
