Good people doing a good job
I have been a customer here for the past 10 years and never had any issues until today. I checked in online, and when I arrived there was no one in the store. The check-in process took about 5 minutes, which felt quite long. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem. I understand the employee may still be learning the system. They cutting into the hairline every time, every single time it’s a different stylist. Ridiculous look.
My first visit since moving here. The staff very friendly, clean atmosphere, nice music, ask questions about hair style if all looked good and if I liked it. Nice experience
