Robin is the greatest but the other stylists are excellent as well. I am a bit picky, but not a complicated cut, and I always look better when I leave.
I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say this is the worst haircut I've ever had. The older Asian lady with glasses completely ignored almost every instruction I gave and cut my hair the way she wanted instead. She made the hair far too short, got all the lines wrong, and didn't follow the style I requested at all. She also kept talking throughout the haircut while using the trimmer aggressively, which resulted in uneven and poorly defined lines. Outstanding customer service! Clean environment. Eunmi does an excellent job and pays close attention to detail! She very thoughtful and courteous.
