Excellent staff Heat work
I used the app. I got right in and right out.
We arrived at 623 pm for a kids trim. There were 3 stylists, 2 were with customers, 2 customers were waiting and the wait time was 19 minutes. They would not take us! I will not patronize Great Clips ever again nor will I recommend them.
I’ve been to several Great Clips across Texas, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and honestly, I always thought they were all the same, nothing special. That completely changed after my haircut with Mallory. She is truly exceptional. She pays close attention to every detail and takes her time to make sure the cut comes out perfect.
