Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. From the moment I sat down, the stylist came across as cold and unfriendly, which made the whole situation feel uncomfortable. She didn’t take the time to listen properly to what I wanted. To make matters worse, she didn’t even brush off the loose hair from my face or neck when she finished. I left the salon itchy and frustrated. Overall, it felt like she didn’t care about the quality of her work or the client experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Love this place everyone is so friendly and willing to help when you don't know what you want done with your hair.
These folks are awesome. Changed my style and they walked me through it. They listen to the customer. Lady was very polite and feedback given.
