I have had a few poor haircuts from this location. I tried to give it a chance as they change staff a lot. I just left with the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My stylist did not say a word about cutting to my scalp. I return to get it fixed and they told me there is no manager at this location and all the could do is try to cut shorter to fix. They attempted but I won’t be returning and I submitted for the corp office to return my payment. Do not use this location.
Janet helped me out, seated me right away, and gave an efficient, timely haircut. Would recommend.
People is nice and kind there, really professional. Place is really clean.
