Heather gave me a great haircut.
I came in requesting a layered face framing look to give my hair more body and volume. I showed several pics of the types of layering I wanted and was told that was just textured styling I specifically asked that my hair not be blunt cut on the ends. I have thick hair and it will not lay right with a blunt cut. I asked for face framing layers with the shortest length being at my jaw line. I told the stylist I part my hair down the middle.
