Hate to drop my rating but I walked in at 6:40 pm and I know that's near closing time. I saw a stylist, on my way in, speaking with someone in a car and was showing them something on her phone. I was told that they were closing soon and that they couldn't cut my hair. So three stylist, and one person in line in front of me, means no haircut for a style that takes 15 to maybe 20 minutes? I would drop it to a 1 star but I've had good haircuts here so I can't do that, but perception is everything.

I've been going to this location for 7+ years and staff is always friendly!
This is a sad excuse for a place to get your haircut. I will not be back and will never recommend this place. Employees can’t do there job. Why get a job cutting hair when you can’t cut hair? Best thing greatclips could ever do is fire and re hire everyone that works there. Not professional at all. Very upset with this experience. 22$ for a hack job.
