I couldn't get past the app. It started at 18 minutes on the wait, then after 10 minutes went to 17 then It went back up to 18, then after 10 more minutes I went to 19. After a while I didn't know what time it was, I just knew I wouldn't wait no longer.
I’ve taken months to make this review so I wouldn’t be fueled by how upset I was. On 3/19/26, I came in and asked for a haircut and held a reference picture open on my lap throughout the clipping. In this time, my hairdresser cut her finger with the scissors and then disappeared into the back for a pretty long time, I thought nothing of it at the time and was just concerned for her finger.
