Radiated mean girl energy. They seemed to be bullying their coworkers in a non work-appropriate way. Really disappointed how the manager, Mindy, didn’t step in when things escalated. I was also not pleased with my results. Will not be coming back.

Spoke with the manager (I think her name was Mindy), really disappointed in how this company treats their employees. Will not be returning to any great clips in the future

My “stylist” wouldn’t listen to what I specifically requested despite repeated efforts on my part. In fact she acted put-out when my request deviated from the piece of printed paper she had regarding my usual haircut..Her remarks were patronizing and short. My haircut, was lop -sided and uneven. Never again with that stylist. I could have gotten a better haircut with a Flobee.

Update* Just had a haircut by Karina. She is amazing! Update* I wish I took down the names of the stylists here, but no matter who cuts my hair, I have a good experience. Everyone is pleasant and fun to talk with during my haircuts. Mindy is awesome! In and out, great haircut and it didn’t take too long, which are always my favorite haircuts! I choose this location for that reason! Highly recommend!

Mindy is THE BEST!! She’s educated, precise, and always giving me the results i’m looking for. I’ve been going to her for years, and I’ll ALWAYS recommend her to friends and family!
