Terrible customer service. A petite girl with a passive-aggressive attitude rushed through the haircut, clearly showing how unhappy she was. The tension in the room was noticeable — I suspect she’s also contributing to a toxic work environment. The haircut itself was good, I can’t complain about that, but was it really worth it?
I had a great conversation with Tery and was a solid haircut with no Knicks!

Haircut felt rushed, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Got home and had to cut a bunch of missed hairs myself. I would not come back here.
Don (not CANDY) got the haircut. It was wonderful! Because of on-line check in, they were ready when I arrived and Teri did a great job! We had a great conversation about our family pets (cats) and how much we and our children loved them and mourned them when they died. I still think our male cat thought he was the little brother to our son; Teri thought that described the "perfect" relationship beautifully...
