I’m kicking myself for ignoring my gut. I took my 9‑year‑old in for a haircut, hoping for a trim and soft layers to help with the damage she has from dance. Instead, her hair was absolutely ruined. The layers were harsh, and uneven, I honestly wanted to cry. It got worse when several family members asked if I had done the cut ! that’s how bad it looked. I had to rush her to another salon to get it fixed. Such a frustrating experience, and definitely not somewhere I’ll return.
I love the sign up system. I have one stylist that I prefer and she is quick, friendly and efficient.
Amy definitely doesn’t enjoy what she does for a living. Reception wasn’t good and looks like she didn’t want to cut my kid hair as he wanted. I asked her to fix his left side and she started doing the right side, I told her that it was the other side she said “I got it “ and kept doing the wrong side
I had a wonderful haircut by Ellie. She was meticulous and I think I got exceptional value! Thanks, Ellie!
