Great experience! Went in to get my 3 year old, my 5 year old and myself all haircuts. Everyone did an amazing job all around!
If someone has a Coupon for a haircut for $8.99 it should be honored. The coupon came in the Value-Pak via mail. The coupon stated Haircut $8.99 February 1, 2026 thru February 28, 2026. To charge someone $21.95 for a simple bob cut isn't unreasonable. But to argue with a customer over a coupon for a simple cut at $8.99 and then tell that person to never come back? That is also unreasonable. The manager took her frustration out on a customer. If said coupon was fraudulent, you don't take it out on the customer. You take it up... read more
