My mom took my daughter in today to get her haircut and the hairstylist Amy completely shaved my daughter's head despite asking for a trim. My mom kept telling Amy to stop cutting and Amy not only didn't listen but continued to cut saying it needed to be shorter and was so thick and needed to be blended in.
