Unfortunately, this salon is not kid-friendly. The staff’s attitude and behavior towards my kids were disappointing, and I will not be bringing my child here again. They also don’t always take the time to check the haircut from all sides to make sure everything is even and properly finished. Overall, the customer service and attention to detail need improvement.
Dena was so pleasant and a delight to speak with! Thank you for the trim! 😁
