Called ahead for a wash and style (Blow dry) for womans' medium length hair. You would assume that a female with medium but full head of hair and licensed by the state would know how to blow dry a head of hair after a shampoo. Been going to GC on Venice Ave for years. Usually acceptable but today's cut was awful. Didn't really notice till I washed and dried it. Too long on top and a valley thing on right side where it's supposed to blend. The elderly lady should retire. I'm as old as her but not butchering people's hair. If you think I'm being mean you haven't seen my hair. Never again!!

I was there on Friday, February 13 for a haircut. I was able to get in right away. The person they cut my hair cut my hair from the back. Not once I get to look in the mirror I was turned towards the side.. When she was finished, she didn’t even look at my face to see if the sides were even. I didn’t notice until I got home, but the left side is longer than the right side. not a good cut and I’ll never go back there again. It is uneven. The gal that cut my hair his name was Sarah.

0/10 for service and customer service. After a 5-day hospital stay and hand surgery, I went to Great Clips for a shampoo and style. Ashlie may not have received any training as a stylist as she used no product and only partially dried me hair with a paddle brush. When I asked Erica for a "redo," per the Great Clips satisfaction-guaranteed policy, I was told "no." The owner of the Little Elm Great Clips could not even be bothered to call me back. $41 for terrible service and even worse customer service.

One worthless stylist who can’t follow simple instructions on a single trim. 1 inch doesn’t mean 4 inches. Now wonder if she was on drugs or a retard. Since the direction was so simple

Tonight was the first time I got a hair cut at Great clips. A really wonderful lady named Zaylia cut my hair. I highly recommend her. She did a wonderful job. My previous hair stylist thinned my hair incorrectly making blunt lines, and she did a good job fixing it and educating me on how it should be properly thinned. She was also very gentle and it was rather relaxing. I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to. I went into the Great Clips location in Altoona, Iowa and was VERY IMPRESSED with the service and detail I was provided. Sierra asked questions and made completely sure that I received the exact haircut that I was asking for. She had never given me a haircut and when she finished it was exactly what I wanted. If you go in, ask for Sierra and you will not be disappointed.

Was told my favorite stylist would be in on Friday. I couldn’t make an online appointment because they were not open yet. I arrived at 9 am store was closed. Waited outside until 10:39. Still no response. Went back at 4:30 store was open 1 person in chair but nobody came out from the back.
