Staff are nice, however this location is always understaffed. I have checked in and been told to arrive multiple times, only to have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes at the salon.

HOLLY!!! she shampooed my hair, it feels so nice to have someone shampoo you, my hair feels so soft!! And that BLOW OUT AFTER! The volume!! I feel so good! Amazing salon experience
What just happened to me. I went in for a basic fade and the frantic dude who reeked like piss cut my beard and mustache off for the first time in 15 years. No warning, didn't asked just zip, half of it gone, no salvaging it. Jesus christ. I can't believe how disgusting and unprofessional this place is. A reminder of why people should avoid this place completely. It sure made me say "great....".
