Need to reopen this location that would be awesome
Got my daughter’s hair cut here yesterday and noticed that they botched her cut. Long pieces, layers missing, choppy, overall terrible cut. Went in for a refund to bring my daughter to a different salon to fix and they refused. Asked for phone number for the store manager and they refused. Also refused to provide corporate phone number. Would not recommend at all. UPDATE: As you can see, they sent an email address to reach out to. I did this and got no response.
I recently visited the Great Clips location and wanted to share my experience. The salon itself was clean, and the staff was friendly, which was a plus. However, despite clearly communicating that I wanted only a light dusting off the top of my hair and specifying how short I wanted the sides, the stylist ended up cutting off about two inches of my hair. I am always happy with the haircut I get when Amanda is my hair stylist. They girls there are very nice and accomodating.
I have been going to Great Clips for more than a year. Mandie is outstanding. Hair even looks good after a month. And you can't beat the price.
