Over-texturized my hair after I had asked repeatedly to make sure not to do so. I don’t understand why some people can’t just follow simple requests. Why would you take a weed wacker t someone’s head? Now I have to wait months for my head to be full again.
Blanca did a great job cutting my hair and the rest of the staff was friendly.
Just got my hair cut by a gal named Madison. They were very courteous and took the time to explain to me why my hair does what it does, something about a cow lick. They were very gentle (not knocking my head around during the process) and got me looking much better than what I did when I walked in. They even took the time to answer my question about how to pronounce “pomade” (?). 10/10 or five out of five stars. Ask for Madison.
Loved my lady. Wish I had her name but she was a middle aged Hispanic woman. Did a great job!!
DO NOT bother with this location. They will give you a bad haircut and bad service. If you’re looking for a cheap haircut there are many other places in Austin you should look instead.
