I went in for a haircut, hoping for just a trim of the ends and my bangs. The stylist the whole time kept repeating the same thing about what to do with my dry ends in a very rude and obnoxious way. I came for a cut not a hair lesson. She wasn't very good at listening to what I wanted for MY HAIR and kept sighing loudly in my face in annoyance when I told her I was unhappy with my bangs. Not only did I leave with a cut I was unhappy with but also a migraine from the crappy service.
