Recently somehow my debit card was used and I've been waiting for the GM to refund me. I've never heard of a salon not having a way to refund. Its been a week and no reply from anyone.

I get a great hair cut on my place 1211 E Ogden in Naperville every month and I enjoy seeing workers at the place, they are nice and friendly, engaged in any conversation.
Best service every time I visit, my stylist is excellent!!!!
