Stylist need to slow down on haircuts. Its sad when it looks like a beauty school haircut.
This location has been chronically understaffed since Covid, which I had grown accustomed to. It's not that hard to check in on the app first thing on a Saturday morning and show up, read a book, and wait patiently. It never occurred to me that being short-handed might present health issues. Sadly - I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait as first in line after checking in prior to arriving and heading into the store when I was texted to do so. The girl said that quote “Her coworker had stepped out to take a phone call and she didn’t know how long that was going to take.”
