Checked in online so no wait. Was a special that day (unexpected), and my haircut is perfect, just as I wanted it! A terrific experience!
Can’t remember the ladies name that cut my son’s hair today at great clips in barboursville. But she did a good job on hair but as we were walking to our vehicle we notice she had shaved half his eyebrow and we were never told. Yes it could have been our son’s fault he could have turned his head or anything but she could have at least told us about it. And we totally understand they have been slammed all day because it was $4.99 haircut sale but still she could have said something.
Stylist was super nice and she cut my hair perfectly! 100% recommend

The service there is really bad. The stylist kept walking away from the costumers in a middle of the hair cut. The wait is stupid. Ill never be going back i dont even leave them a tip cause all the stylist donos butch up the hair cuts. They need to go back to school learn how to cut hair
