I went there 3 times in August! First time, the young lady, did not cut off enough, and told me it looked great the way SHE cut it. I went back the following week & saw the person who usually cuts my hair. I asked for layers, not too short. However, she did not do a good job. Instead I have short in the front on my shoulders and long in the back! I think she only did 2 layers, long! A strange looking cut. I went back the following week & she wasn't there.
