About a week ago I went to my neighborhood Great Clips and my life changed forever. When Lisa called me over for my haircut, it was like magic ! Her personality and charm made me feel like I had known her forever. We had great conversation, she really amazed me. The cut was perfect and the hair wash was the best I ever had. Every nerve in my skull tingled. If you go to Great Clips on Mariner, ask for Lisa, she'll change your life !
Just left, came home to tweek my hair to my specifications, and I love it!!! Very friendly and kind staff. I have no clue how to spell your name Mr R, but I am one very satisfied customer, and will be back. Thank you
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. One hair stylist walked over 2 times & ignored me. Another stylist walked over & ignored me. What's even worst, 3 people walked in after me & a stylist checked them in. Needless to say, I went to another salon & my family will never go back there.
Getting my hair done by Raúl is always the highlight of my days off: he's always in a good mood, smiling, cracking jokes, making conversation. He LISTENS to my styling requests, sometimes making fun, unexpected, useful suggestions! It seems like his customers have a great time while in his chair; I've witnessed many elderly customers being treated with care, kindness and PATIENCE by him. He's a true gem!
My hair was very very long. It reached my waist. I told her to cut just the ends and she cut all my hair down to my neck. She left it very short. Bad service. I will never go back there.
