The staff are great and call you if you accidentally leave something at the salon. My haircut was great initially, then my hair began to appear stringy. Went to another great clips, and it was determined my hair was weighed down when a blunt cut was done on top of my existing layered hair. Advocate for the haircut you want!
I had the best haircut experience with Jennifer. Awesome, attention to detail and great personality! She taught me many things that I wasn't aware of in regards to cutting hair, visible layers, and accurate hair length. I will always be attending this location from now on.
A little disorganized here but my hair cut was good.
