I am a loyal (male, 79 years old) customer of Great Clips, having never gotten a less than excellent haircut from any of the people who work there. My most recent cut was done by Abby, who is a superb stylist and a great conversationalist as well. Keep up the good work (i.e., the great clips), you guys. You're the top!
Emily, at the Northampton location, was a great stylist who connected with our 10 year old. Emily managed to brush out, fully wash, cut and style the curly locks that were on the verge of being matted, since hair care is the hardest thing for our kiddo to navigate. Our kiddo's hair looks fantastic, and there wasn't a single tear shed, or panic attack had. Thank you Emily!

The people there were so sweet and kind to me and it was quick and easy~no appointment needed and barely any wait time!
Do not go. The girl here messed up my hair so bad it's the 1st time I've had to go somewhere else to get it fixed never going back! just go to Kevin's they are 1 million times better
