I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I came in for a quick cut and waited about an hour and a half before being seen. The haircut itself was completely botched, with one side of my head being a longer length than other. I had some uncut hairs sticking out all over my head when the cut was finished. I asked for a “fade” and she proceeded to cut the sides of my head all one length. My hair wasn’t blown out at all, so I had to go home and immediately shower. Great Clips takes walk-in clients and parking is convenient. Handicap accessible.
Great clips Northampton is wonderful. Corporate is HORRIBLE. Their phone hasn't worked in over 6 months and I don't live near by but they have the one person that cuts my hair correctly and I can never call and find out if he is working because they REFUSE to fix their dang phone. Super poor customer service on their higher ups end. They could get a cell phone and hook it up if your land line cant be fixed but it seems to be they are just to lazy to fix it.
