My son went in for a basic haircut before his senior pictures on Monday. After he wasn't consulted with what he wanted this time, beyond how short he wanted his sides, his hair was cut much shorter than he'd have asked on top. When I called to talk to the manager, who apparently was the one who cut his hair, she wouldn't listen to my concerns and argued that she did what was appropriate. We won't be back.

I went in and there was no wait. I let the barber know that I was there a few weeks after a haircut from another place and I didn't like how the part was laying. Haircut was quick and exactly what I wanted. I left feeling good. This location deserves good ratings. I hear they also give out good rotating deals.

Went earlier today and asked for a high and tight fade (with the top grown out), as I've gotten for a long time now. The blonde lady that cut my hair decided that "it looks like the last person that cut your hair did an undercut, so I'm going to make a judgement call"... she then undid the fade that she was partially done with, and just shaved the sides and back of my head instead.
