I visited Arthur today for a haircut, and honestly, it was a fantastic experience! 10/10, absolutely recommend. If you’re looking for a great cut at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. They were great about explaining the wait time. I showed up with a picture. I showed her what I wanted and let me preferences. I am not a Hair person. I asked her to cut my bangs right to my cheekbone. She cut it above my eyes. Then she asked me if she should start layering my hair. I don’t have a clue what she should be doing because I came there because I was told she could do it I asked if I could please have it shampooed and she said she didn’t have enough time She brushed it. Every time I come here I have excellent service and an excellent cut or trim! I've been first customer of the day and last customer before closing and consistently had excellent experiences. These ladies know what they're doing and can cut men, women and childrens' hair. I've seen plenty of men leave happy and spiffy. I have thin hair but a decent curl pattern and they notice my curls even when combed straight, and cut my hair with the curl in mind (not something I've seen at every salon I've ever been to). I walked in and I got Tea for a haircut! I told her “this isn’t a normal haircut”. She was amazing as I told her exactly what I wanted step by step as I did hair for 14 years and she loved doing something different! I could tell she really wanted me to be happy. Step by step she cut my hair in back the didn’t blend with the top and the side strands longer than all the rest and layered where I wanted and textured where I requested! Super nice!
