I recently moved to this area and chose Great Clips because I had a very positive experience with a senior stylist at another location. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I specifically asked the stylist to follow the clear structure left by my previous cut, but the result was uneven, with edges stacked awkwardly like a half-finished bob. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out before I can have it corrected at a more reliable salon.
