I needed a last-minute hair trim and showed up for a walk-in, but they got my wash and cut started super quickly! Marissa showed me where my dead ends were and gave me a much-needed trim but kept my hair long, which is exactly what I had requested. She also gave me advice and tips for frizz, breakage, and several other things I asked about. I was very happy with my cut and my hair looked and felt clean, soft, even, and so much healthier. I recently moved to this area and chose Great Clips because I had a very positive experience with a senior stylist at another location. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I specifically asked the stylist to follow the clear structure left by my previous cut, but the result was uneven, with edges stacked awkwardly like a half-finished bob. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out before I can have it corrected at a more reliable salon.
