I had a good experience, Nina cut my hair, she's very friendly and she tries to do her best to give you a good hair cut, I asked for layers and usually most people will hurt my head while cutting down the layers, but Nina is very gentle.
Needed a last minute haircut for my kids, came here and got the most horrible customer service, will never return again. The lady was rude for no reason and acted like she was high and mighty, she works at great clips Chose to take my business elsewhere and am thankful I did. Only gave 1 star because I had too.
