Just left Great clips. (330 Eubank) I am very dismayed at the sour attitude and rudeness with which were treated. I felt as though we were an inconvenience. To the stylist who cut our boy's hair, I hope your day gets better, and you can find joy in the service you provide so that children are treated with patience and kindness. BTW, the haircut looks really good.
I've tried working with Great Clips for years and after getting a 5 star experience about 10 weeks ago, this interaction truly managed to degrade all expectations to nil. I came in hoping to replicate the previous instance at this location, but by some miracle said information about my cut was lost. In fact, all of my previous haircut details had been lost to the ether...
