The service here is highly inconsistent. While my father is a regular customer and always has better luck, I have mixed personal experiences. The shop itself is decent, but quite cramped. During one visit, a male barber was extremely rough and caused significant discomfort while trimming my hair. In 2023, I dealt with a female staff member who was rude and difficult to communicate with. She had speech issues and gave me a mediocre haircut. Haircut can be great or bad depending on who you get. Got clipper burns on my neck couple of times now. Smh
So I go to Great Clips probably every 2-3 weeks to get my hair cut and beard trimmed up while I will say checking in online saves time this place is always busy. Now while most won't have to wait I usually do end up waiting a moderate period of time for Katie to free up nothing against the others but they have messed my simple razor cut (1/4 guard) and beard trim/line up up one to many times.
My stylist did a great job on my haircut.
Angela was awesome, great attitude great cut— highly recommended
