I had a really great experience at this location. I came in after another Great Clips nearby did a poor job on my beard trim, and the stylist here immediately recognized the issue and fixed it—completely free of charge. She took the time to even things out properly and made sure everything looked right before I left. Really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

"I’ve been coming here for a while and generally have a great experience. The long-term stylists are fantastic—they really listen and have an incredible eye for detail. I’ve noticed that when there’s someone new on the floor, the quality can be a bit inconsistent and some of those finer details get missed. However, the core team is so skilled that it’s still my go-to spot.
My husband and I have been going to the Great Clips on Mars Hill Rd for many years. We both love our stylist Adriana. She does a consistently good job and never makes you feel rushed even when the store is busy. Highly recommend her!
