I came in to return an unopened product with the receipt, well within 30 days. The manager told me they only allow returns within 1 week—no exceptions. When I checked online, it says each location sets its own policy, so she was well within her rights to approve the return. I couldn’t help feeling like she refused the return because she was the one who sold it to me and didn’t want to lose her commission. I took my son for a haircut, but unfortunately the result was not good. A few minutes later I returned and asked them to fix it, but the barber did not act professionally. Even though he cut it shorter, the scissor marks were still visible. This is the second time they have ruined my son’s haircut. I don’t want to mention any names, but overall they are not professional in either their work or their behavior. If you are looking for clean and quality service, I do not recommend this branch at all.

Mary is a great stylist! I’ve seen her a couple times now and even though I may not be the easiest customer she always gives me a cut I love and feel happy about. Thanks Mary you rock!
