Very disappointed with the attitude and customer service at this Great Clips location. I had been going to Great Clips regularly in Connecticut, so I chose this location expecting the same experience, but unfortunately it was very different. I waited about 15 minutes, and during the haircut I felt the stylist was dismissive of my requests and even prompted for a tip afterward. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.

MEN: NEVER,NEVER consent to allowing Great Clips to trim your eye brows. I cannot answer why I gave into allowing the barber to do so today when getting a haircut. I even tipped well when leaving, but to my suprise when I got home and looked into the mirror I could not believe where my eyebrows went to. I have never in my entire life had them trimed and now they are hardly visible. Never,never again will this happen. I hope they grow back. Ignorance is bliss! Lesson learned!
I’d read a review where somebody says I don’t think you can beat the price for these cuts well I brought my two children in and yes, their hair is long but I’m talking to shoulder blades,not to their butt and they quoted me $22 for the haircut each,$8 for the shampoo and then $45 yes $45 for the blow dry each!! that’s $75 each at a great clips for a standard trim shampoo and blow dry we’re not asking for curlers and hair product and any of that jazz just dry the hair before these kids walk out so I can at least see that you ... read more
