Great no problems
This salon is awful. They do not listen at all. You show inspo photos and the cuts end up nothing like it, you tell them "I dont want anything shaved" and they bring out the clippers and do it anyways. Most of the women cant even carry out any conversation. Its awful. They dont check in with you to make sure things are going properly. A disaster. I will never let them touch my hair again.
Today I took my 90 yr old mother to Great Clips. She broke her hip and elbow weeks ago and needed her hair washed, cut and styled. I requested Michelle bc she always cuts my hair. Michelle was so kind, fun and gentle with my mom. Her hair looked so nice and her spirit was lifted. A special thank you to Michelle. You were a real blessing today.
Had my second hair cut today..Fabulous! By Miss Marie. She is Awsome! Got the look I was seeking! So Pleased! HELPFUL Note: Going to a stylist takes communication knowledge of their language..learn it before you go.. take pictures with you...talk to them during the finishing steps to accomplish the style your seeking and adjust to ur liking. They are not mind readers...for customers with less than 5 stars!
