I always use Great Clips and have had great experiences! The cost is fair and the stylists are very personable.
We did not stay. There were 2 stylists when we came in and we were first in line with 6 behind us. One stylist finished with a customer as we walked in the door, and the other was busy with another customer. We waited 15 minutes for the lady who was finished, but she went to the back of the store. When she came back out, she was on her phone and looking for a particular customer who was not on the list. Instead of calling us, the next customer, she went to the back again.
