check in was flawless, the associate attentive and friendly, the coupon worked as is should.
I am very pleased with the hair cut I received. I have found that the staff at great cuts listen to the client to discover how they want their hair cut. Then they proceed to cut it perfectly. You can pay more an another place but you may not get as good a cut.
Came here to get my sons and my hair cut he was taken and got his hair cut. Then I was told to go back and wait in line when we both signed in together. We had plans and other things to go do. Definitely need to take customers how they come in and not take people who signed in after. Left a tip but was very hesitant to do so. Definitely will be looking at other locations in the future or other businesses that cut hair.
