My hairstylist Barbara told me she was going to take off 1/2 an inch and showed me with her hands how much she was going to cut, and proceeded to cut all of the hair off of my head. I showed her a picture as well, apparently didn’t help. Any person with eyes could see that I did not want my hair to look like this. I unfortunately was not paying attention until it was too late. Julie cut my hair and did a great job !
checked in before arriving, only had to wait a few minutes. stylists were much more friendly here than the location I usually go to -- the whole environment just felt lighter. enjoyed chatting with Debbie :)
Was able to fit me in right away. Latoya was great. She was very friendly as everyone in the shop was.
