Great experiences here usually, especially with the younger girl with dark hair and glasses. She charges me a fairer rate for the simple dead ends only trim I usually get. I have curly hair and always strictly ask for just a trim without any or minimal length gone, things I’ve been directed by hairdressers to say before to emphasize my desired cut. Very friendly staff always make you feel welcomed, it’s nice cause they remember you so you are not just a number!
First time at the North Port location & Kim cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted & asked questions as she cut ensuring I was satisfied with length before continuing to cut. She did an amazing job & a fraction of what I paid at a full service salon. I tipped her well because she earned it. I will return again & use Kim. Good customer service works both ways. It begins with our attitude. Be kind & it will return to you.
