I have been going to this Great Clips for a few years. It has always been good, convenient, quick and usually get the cut I want. But recently I had an AMAZING experience here. A new stylist, AMANDA, greeted me with a smile and asked if I had checked in online. I confirmed that I had and within a minute she whisked me back to begin my long overdue haircut. I like Penny at the Bristol St location, in Elkhart, IN She is really experienced at cutting hair. I only want her when I come in.
