Very, very happy with the haircut I received. An extremely helpful lady who is originally from Vietnam met me as I walked in. I went in at 0900 right as they opened. She cut my exactly the way I like. Took her about 5mins. Couldn't ask for more and I will be back.
I had a great experience today at Great Clips, and I want to give a shout-out to Lainey Laws for an absolutely fantastic haircut. I asked for a fade and she delivered exactly what I wanted — crisp, clean lines, perfect blending, no fuss. Customer service was great, both stylist that attended my children were friendly, and talked to them while on their chair, the cut however were not the best, the boys cut were left with longer hair in different places, the line up all around was not what i asked for, i didn't want to over step but i did let her know to do it squared she went ahead and rounded it, my girls cut was a little better but her stylist did not quite do what I asked, I've been going to great clips for a while and this location is just a lot closer to... read more
