I introduced my sister, brother-in-law, and niece to this salon for haircuts, and we specifically booked with Ms. Julie because she is a great hairstylist. However, while Julie was cutting my niece’s hair, another woman with short hair repeatedly persuaded my brother-in-law to let her cut his hair instead. He eventually agreed but was very disappointed with the result. Came in for a haircut on 04/29/2026 at 4:20 PM and was told by the stylist that she will not be able to give me a haircut until her relief comes in at 5 pm. Meanwhile, she sat on the phone the entire time speaking to someone.
