Worst haircut ever. Please stay away from the older lady that wears the mask, she doesn't follow instructions. I gave her clear direction of what I wanted done and she proceeded to tell me that she will make it look good because she has 30 years of experience. I asked for a high fade with mowhak. She proceeded to run a number 6 clip around the back and top of my head. Completely butchered it. I had to ask a different lady that was right next to us to fix it. Really disappointed in this place today! We didn’t realize they closed at 5 and checked-in at 4:30 and headed that way. Got there at 4:50 to be told they were closing and couldn’t cut my boys hair. Apparently the manager didn’t feel good and was going home and the other stylist couldn’t stay without her. As someone who has worked in hospitality and knows the ins and outs of good service this was not that.
Checked in online 20 minutes ahead of time, said 0 min wait. Got there and a walk-in got in literally SECONDS before me, she takes him, ok fair. Waited for that haircut to get done. She finishes that one another dude walks in as I should be next just waiting for her to sweep. She takes him, "well he signed in first" I can't control the order. So she should have controlled it when I got there and not taken the walk-in if I was on the list. So I left. I get a call 5 minutes later from the old lady that was hanging out in the b... read more

I found the lady chris... older lady Grey hair and glasses to be rude and condescending. Rude to me at first and then got an attitude with a 12 year old boy cause he wasn't sure what style he wanted... she then suggested a style that she looked up on her phone and showed him he said no to it she then took her phone threw it into her cabinet by her chair and slammed the door and walk away saying you have to let me know. Then proceeded to tell us at least 10 times that she cut hair for 30 years but isn't good at guessing... le... read more
