Checked in online 20 minutes ahead of time, said 0 min wait. Got there and a walk-in got in literally SECONDS before me, she takes him, ok fair. Waited for that haircut to get done. She finishes that one another dude walks in as I should be next just waiting for her to sweep. She takes him, "well he signed in first" I can't control the order. I found the lady chris... older lady Grey hair and glasses to be rude and condescending. Rude to me at first and then got an attitude with a 12 year old boy cause he wasn't sure what style he wanted... she then suggested a style that she looked up on her phone and showed him he said no to it she then took her phone threw it into her cabinet by her chair and slammed the door and walk away saying you have to let me know. My hairstylist was awesome, the Asian lady with the medium brown hair and shoulder length. She was kind, attentive, efficient and patient with my toddler. The other bitter older women although, all need some training in customer service and communication skills because the condescending way they speak to each other is incredibly rude and does not create an environment that encourages customers to want to return. Despite telling the asian lady I needed it to be shorter, she did not listen or maybe did not understand because she left my hair even longer than last time.
Ive always been fussy about my haircuts. Im 82 and sill fussy....LOL I always get a good job here. Luckily I always get the same person.
