Avoid the lady with the butterfly tattoo on her neck at all costs. Was really rough to where it was actually painful, combined with how fast she was going made me very uncomfortable. Was $20 for about 2 minutes of actual hair cutting. Rest of staff been very nice and accommodating in the past (Lisa in particular is very good if you can get her); this is just a word of warning for others in this specific case.
Do not go to the store and get your haircut one of the technicians just butchered my hair
