Haircut was awful
There was a lady visiting from Kingman, who cut my hair, she was very good and pleasant to talk to.
I love the Great Clips app that lets you sign in before arrival, gives you an approximate wait time, and notifies you when you turn is getting close. I have a couple stylists that I prefer but every stylist goes above and beyond to understand what style you want and does everything possible to provide you with a positive experience.
