Savannah did a great job to my son’s haircut.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I signed in online, got there before I got the text saying I would be up in 15 mins, then proceeded to wait an HOUR after I received the text, while they kept taking people ahead of me. Six people, either on the wait list after my name, or walk-ins. When I finally stood up and yelled asking WHY I was being ignored, one of the four women working told me I was supposed to check in at the desk upon arrival. Always prompt and cut my hair how I want
Love to pre check-in from my phone. Hardly any wait time. Always a friendly staff. I'm out of there in about 12 minutes. Would help if I had more hair to cut, but that's my fault, not theirs.
