I’ve consistently paid $18 for this, and the service has always been straightforward and courteous. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience. The stylist who attended me was unfriendly from the start. She shampooed my hair, trimmed the ends in under two minutes, and then told me I was done—sending me out with soaking wet hair.
