Rainie is an absolute gift. I've now been going to her every 2-3 months, she always does me right. Absolutely always worth the cost.
I checked in online. When I arrived I was first in line. I waited about 5 minutes as there were 2 others in chairs. Rainie cut my hair. She had a great personality and cut my hair as I like it. She took her time and was very thorough which I appreciated. Thank you Rainie and Great Clips!
They do a good job at doing basic cuts
Horrible customer service. Everyone there seems like they hate their jobs. Every single time I take my kids in, they stylists have an attitude for any style I ask them for. It’s always like passive aggressive, they don’t want to do the style. Every single time we go into this location. I asked one of the stylists how short a “3” was, and she was like, “it’s what you got last time” with an attitude. As if I can remember exactly what his last cut looked like. It’s always a hassle.
The Service, Attitude and Cleanliness makes it a pleasing visit. Great Clips Whittier is recommended.
