Went and took my daughters for a trim and came out with one having a boys haircut. She doesn’t have long hair so I specifically asked for a very small trim in the back and her bangs cut. Not only did he cut off way more than I asked but also brought out a razor. What haircut for a toddler girl needs a razor??? I asked him to make it even and stop. If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Employee had no knowledge of how to cut a basic fade & trim. To top it off, service is terrible & both stylists were sick & coughing on guests. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible establishment.
When I walked in the place seems kind of dead unprofessionally. The guy is wearing a dirty T-shirt with stuff all over. It felt kind of weird about it and then I asked for a haircut. He said something smart anyway I sat down. He didn’t ask me what type of cut I want you to start cutting it and literally took maybe not even 10 minutes to cut my hair just cut the bottom and the side he barely faded my hair and didn’t even cut the upper side. I could’ve cut the hair better than this guy
I checked in but it didn’t work and when I came into the location I wasn’t checked in there or any other location either. Idk if it’s the app or hairstylists removing me but it’s definitely not how it’s supposed to work
