Wow! Just called this location because i could have swore this was the place i had went to last year. The guy who answered was so dismissive. He just treated me like i wasnt worth his time. I asked for help to make an apt. And he just passed me on to the website. Yeah no. I asked about what stylist might be best to go to there and he said he didn't know. Not the best way to run a business.
Very disappointing experience! It was a simple hair trim and my daughter's hair was left uneven. Now I have to take her somewhere else to have it fixed!
My hairdresser was really good. Too bad it was her last day due to some issues with management.
