I just got the worst haircut in my life from Barbara in Apple Valley. I could have done a better job myself with a Weed Wacker. I asker her to point cut my hair where it was heavy on one side which she assured me I wouldn't loose length that way. She ended up cutting a big chunk out of my hair that will takes months to grow in. Jaime (mgr) tried to her best to blend it but you can't replace hair that is gone! Bro my hair looks terrible I got home and shaved my head
I was on the top of the wait list when I walked in. Both hair cutters are busy. One checked me in when I came in..there was a group of 3 and a single person waiting. I sit down and looked up and realized I had been moved to the bottom of the list. I was early for my appointment and had to miss it because I was moved down on list. I always love coming here. I always love my hair every time! The customer service is also always amazing, tonight in particular though. I wish I would have gotten the 2 ladies names. They went above and beyond. 7:15pm, Wed, April 29, customer name: Alli. I hope management can figure out who was working at that time. I came with my husband and little girl who is 3 years old.
