James (I think this was his/their name?) did SUCH an amazing job on my son's hair. I had never been to a Great Clips before. We usually go to Kids Hair, but oftentimes they're too busy for walk-ins, and my ADHD is too intense for me to keep track of appointments sometimes (trust me, all the planners and Google calendars and alarms and timers only go so far). I’ve never had a more disappointing experience. Haircut turned out good. I am a veteran, and when going to pay, I showed her my card for the military discount that I’ve gotten at all other locations. The haircutter stated “sorry, it is only for active duty and not veterans, my manager wouldn’t be happy if I did that” This is a disgrace to our country and to all veterans that have served. Will never come back to this location or great clips for that matter.
Good experience, ability to check in on line makes the wait very minimal. Staff kind, patient and listen to what you want.
