I recently had a really frustrating experience at Great Clips that I feel compelled to share. I checked in online and was confirmed as the first person in line, which gave me the expectation that my wait time would be minimal. However, to my surprise and annoyance, a walk-in customer was allowed to go ahead of me! It was disheartening to see that my online check-in seemed to mean nothing. Service was prompt, and the stylist was friendly and competent.
Was polite & courtesy. Was in & out quickly, would recommend signing in online for quicker service in line. Will continue coming here.
