Outstanding service
I have the Great clips app....I check in on line. The app said 33 minutes wait. Perfect. I started getting texts from the store that it's time to walk in. You are next !! I walked right in. And after waiting 32 more minutes I left. Without a haircut Just a woman telling me that the app.isnt accurate. Too bad so sad. Really. What about the customer.
Stylist did good job. Only negative, to get a simple haircut us $22.00!
