I am always glad to go to the Great Clips in West Allis. Gregory is an excellent stylist. I always request him to cut my hair.

Took my 84 year old mother, Rosalie, to the West Allis location. I checked her in by her last name, and the girl said, "Rosa." I replied that isn't her name, and she snapped back, "Well, it is here." Hard to believe that she thought an elderly woman with dementia would respond to what she decided my mother's name would now be. Ridiculous, and quite rude.
